How to place an order, request pricing, or track an order

To check the status of an order placed directly with Advanced Instruments LLC through customer service in the United States, click the Order Status button below and enter your Order Number and PO Number.

To Place an Order by Purchase Order: 

All Purchase Orders (PO) can be submitted either by emailing [email protected].
The PO should be made out to:

Please include both your billing and shipping addresses on the PO.

To Place an Order by Credit Card:

Credit card orders can be called in to 800-225-4034 or 781-320-9000 (Option 4).

Please note the following:

  • A confirmation email (with a PDF copy of the sales order) will be sent within 24-48 business hours to the confirmation address listed on file or to one explicitly mentioned on the PO.
  • All non-instrument orders are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days after order is received.
  • If the request by date on the PO falls within 1-2 business days, it will be considered an expedite request unless otherwise stated by the sender.
  • If expedited service is required, please indicate that on the PO or let the Advanced Instruments’ team member that you are speaking with know.
  • Expedition of Orders is a $100 service and will be added to the Sales Order Confirmation

If a purchaser has a courier account (UPS/FedEx/etc.) that they would like to use, it must be specifically stated on the order or given to an Advanced Instruments’ team member on the phone. All others will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

Advanced Instruments’ Norwood office hours are 8am – 4:30pm EST.

Europe
