Clone and Protein Biologics Characterization All In One Instrument

  • Top-down fluorescent polarization reader for the rapid assessment of IgG and Fc-containing protein concentrations in crude supernatant using the ICON Titer Assay Plates

  • Building on the legacy of the Cell Metric®, the ICON has unparalleled
    whole well imaging capabilities for proof of monoclonality and colony outgrowth screening.

  • Bottom-up fluorescent imager for the rapid assessment of critical quality attributes (CQA) of IgG and Fc-containing protein concentrations in proprietary assay plates.

  • A bench-top instrument meaning all analysis can be performed in the CLD lab, removing the need for sample transfer to analytical departments.

  • Generate submission-ready, high-quality, image-based proof of clonality with multi-plane whole-well imaging on day 0.

  • The proprietary artificial intelligence (AI)-driven colony detection and confluence quantitation allows for seamless tracking of clonal outgrowth for titer normalization to exclude poor performing clones as early as the 384-well plate stage.

  • All ICON assays require low sample volumes and minimal sample preparation, for a high-throughput sample-to-data workflow from the 384-well plate stage, all the way through to protein biologic characterization in the bioreactor.

  • Clones can be effortlessly tracked from single cell to bioreactor,
    and triaged at every stage for clonality, outgrowth, titer and CQA.

  • The ICON and all associated features can be seamlessly integrated with the VIPS® PRO and Cell Metric X HT for single cell seeding and high-throughput clonal imaging, respectively, to be flexible to your lab’s demands.

  • Whether it’s transferring clones from the 96-well source plate, or preparing a batch of Titer Assay Plates, all ICON applications are fully compatible with liquid handling platforms.
