Advanced Instruments Response & Measures to COVID-19
NORWOOD, MA – March 13, 2020:
As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, I want to personally update you on the steps Advanced Instruments has taken to protect our employees and to ensure business continuity for all our customers around the world.
As a provider of essential analytical instruments and supplies, we know how critical it is to ensure continued supply and seamless service to our customers. To that end, we are taking several steps to continue to provide the highest quality customer service with minimal disruption to your business.
Commitment to Our Customers:
- We have proactively increased our inventory levels, continue to increase our production output, and have implemented redundant processes to mitigate risk of product shortages or production delays.
- We have recently installed new cloud-based data management systems and increased our data pipe bandwidth to allow our teams to work seamlessly at remote locations if it becomes necessary.
- We will continue to provide 24/7 technical phone support and maintain our full field technical services team to meet your repair and service needs.
- As of this time, new instrument and testing supply shipment schedules are not impacted and we do not foresee any disruption, but we will continue to monitor and notify you should delays arise.
We remain committed to you as a key supplier and want to ensure that your organization’s testing needs are not interrupted. Please reach out to us if you have any questions, concerns, or if there is any additional support we can provide. This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the landscape is changing daily. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and proactively communicate any changes.
