After many years of successful engagement for our OsmoTECH® portfolio of bioprocessing osmometers in Germany and Austria through our distribution partner, I&L Biosciences, we will be transitioning the support of our products and services to our direct operations team in the region.
Our new direct team will include a local sales and marketing team specialized in bioprocessing, a field application scientist team, a technical service team, customer support resources, and a central European warehousing. This will allow us to ensure that our products are delivered to you in a prompt and efficient manner and that technical expertise is always available.
We want to assure you that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. Our local team will be working closely with I&L to ensure a seamless transition of all accounts and they will be available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have during this time.
For customers with our clinical portfolio of osmometers, OsmoPRO®, I&L Biosciences will continue to act as our distributor for any sales or support needs.
